Email [email protected] and ask to be added to the following programs – Ring Central, PracticePanther, Teams. Please specify the job title you have so we can be properly added to the all of the programs. You will then receive an email from Gabriella detailing your account information and how to establish creating each account.
Here is the link to download Ring Central to your mobile device (RingCentral on the App Store / RingCentral – Apps on Google Play). Here is the link for the computer version (Computer Login). This will be the program used to accept and make outbound calls for all of our clients. You can message the correct teams as well to ensure proper communication.
Please call 732-482-1499 to connect with Macro Customer Service. You will inform them that they need to set up your One Drive to your device. This can take a few hours for the files to migrate. This must be completed within the first few days of training.
